MPC’s Productivity Blueprint Workshop: Driving Malaysia’s Economic Edge

Ir. Dr. Ng Kok Chiang participated in discussions surrounding the latest Industry Engagement Workshop, specifically focused on the development of the Productivity Blueprint organised by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC).

This workshop serves as a significant platform for stakeholders across various industries to collaborate, share insights, and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing productivity within the Malaysian economy. Together, we will address key challenges, explore innovative approaches, and align efforts to support the overarching goals of the Productivity Blueprint 2016-2035.

Through this collaborative initiative, we aim to foster a more productive and competitive environment that benefits businesses as well as the overall workforce. We are excited to share our experiences and insights, and to work together with other participants to develop actionable steps that will drive productivity improvements in the future.

PETIR at KLSCCCI’s 121st Anniversary Dinner

Representatives from PETIR proudly attended the 121st Anniversary Dinner of The Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (KLSCCCI) on 22nd November, 2025. Ir. Dr. Ng Kok Chiang, President of PETIR; Joycelyn Chea, Vice President; and Nobuhiro Choo, Honorary Treasurer, were present at the gala.

The event provided an excellent platform for PETIR to engage with Malaysia’s business leaders, strengthening partnerships and exploring new opportunities to support sustainable growth in energy and infrastructure industries.
